Advertise on Fileora

Fileora is a set of free tools for everyday file jobs: PDFs, images, video and audio, text, converters, calculators and developer utilities. If your product helps the same people, you can sponsor part of the site. This page explains what is on offer, the rules we hold ourselves to, and how to get in touch.

Who uses Fileora

People arrive with a job to finish: a photo that is too large for a form, a PDF to merge or sign, a video to trim, a JSON file that won't parse. The site has 150 tools in English, Urdu, Spanish, Portuguese and Indonesian, grouped into categories such as PDF, image, video and audio, text, converters and developer tools.

We don't publish audience numbers here, because they change every week. Ask, and we will send current figures from our analytics for the tool or category you are interested in, so you can judge the fit on real data.

What you can sponsor

• A tool. A short "Sponsored by" line under one tool: your name, one sentence and a link.
• A category. The same line across every tool in a group, for example all PDF tools or all developer tools.
• A guide. A mention at the end of a blog guide that is relevant to your product. The guide itself stays our own work.

Placements are set up by hand for each sponsor, for an agreed period. There are no pop-ups, no full-screen interruptions and no auto-playing media.

Our rules

These apply to every sponsor, whatever the budget.

• Always labelled. A sponsored placement says so, and its link is marked rel="sponsored". We do not sell links for search rankings, and we do not publish paid guest posts.
• No sponsor scripts. We place text and, where it fits, a small static image hosted by us. No tracking pixels, tags or third-party code. You are welcome to put campaign parameters on your own link.
• The tools stay independent. A sponsor has no say in how a tool works or what a guide recommends, and files are still processed on the visitor's own device and never uploaded.
• Things we don't accept: gambling and betting, adult content, get-rich-quick and trading schemes, payday loans, misleading downloads, tools for downloading copyrighted video or music, and anything illegal or deceptive.

We may turn down a request that doesn't suit the people who use the site, and we will tell you if that is the case.

We read every genuine enquiry and reply with current traffic figures and what a placement would look like.
