What you can contact us about

• Bug reports. If a tool gives you an error or an unexpected result, tell us which tool you used, what kind of file it was (for example "a 12 MB PDF with scanned pages"), and which browser and device you were on. Please don't attach the file itself unless you are comfortable sharing it.
• Tool requests. Tell us what you were trying to do and we'll consider adding a tool for it. Many of our tools started as a request.
• Privacy questions and requests about your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights.
• Advertising and partnerships.

A note about your files

Because every Fileora tool runs inside your own browser, we never receive the files you process. That means we can't recover a file for you, see what went wrong with a specific document, or retrieve a download you lost. If something fails, keeping a copy of your original file and trying again in an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari solves most problems.
