Why use Fileora's invoice generator
Freelancers, small shops and consultants need to send an invoice quickly without paying for accounting software. Many "free" invoice makers add their logo to your PDF, limit you to a few invoices a month, or ask you to create an account and store your client list on their servers. Fileora does none of that: the PDF is built in your browser, carries only your branding, and your client information never leaves your device.
It's especially handy for businesses billing in rupees: PKR and INR amounts are formatted correctly, and you can add your NTN or GST number.
Useful next steps: merge the invoice with receipts or a timesheet, compress it for email, share a WhatsApp link so clients can contact you, or add a QR code to your payment page.
What to include on an invoice
A good invoice makes it easy to get paid. Include a unique invoice number, the invoice date and due date, your business name and contact details, your client's name and address, a clear description of each product or service with quantities and rates, any tax with its rate and your tax registration number, the total amount due, and how to pay, such as bank account details or a payment link. Sending invoices promptly and using clear due dates is one of the simplest ways to improve cash flow.
